Primary responsibility will be to implement the appropriate global growth strategy managing the local team members and driving the operative SW solutions sales within the Commercial market. Aim is to provide internal and customer detailed technical sales support to the Global and Regional Account Management teams to maximize SW sales.
Global Head of Software Sales Commercial Markets (m/f/d)
in full-time at our location in Munich
Leads the SW Sales Commercial team in achieving the global SW order, revenue and profitability targets
Supports regional Sales Directors in defining, scoping, offering and closing SW sales opportunities
Ensures SW sales plans are in place in regions and responsible for implementing and resourcing of winning sales strategies
Manages assignment of SW sales targets to SW sales team and to the regions aligned to the strategic financial planning
Steers global sales channel and partner management to optimize SW sales through upselling and portfolio promotion
Accountable for sales funnel, opportunity management, accurate and up-to-date revenue reporting
Support for the Strategic Portfolio Management through internal consulting regarding market trends and potentially new needed products/solutions
Serves as the connective link to the Sales Consultancy team and to Product Management in the design process of new SW solutions
Cash Management industry
Ideally, more than five years leadership experience with SW sales teams in a global environment
International work environment
Business case definition, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate benefits
Definition of action plans, change management process, risks estimation
