Product Manager (m/w/d) Cloud Solutions und Cyber Security

Starke Aufgaben
  • Begleitung und Treiber der Produkte Cloud Solutions und Cyber Security von der Konzeption bis zur Markteinführung
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung der Produktstrategien und Produktpositionierung mit Blick auf das Marktgeschehen und Unternehmensziele
  • Trends entdecken, Wettbewerb / Marktbegleiter beobachten, Marktanalysen durchführen, Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen unserer Zielmärkte identifizieren
  • Produktplanung: Erstellung und Pflege von Funktionen & Leistungsbeschreibungen und weiterer produktbezogener Dokumente. Roadmap & Releaseplanung inkl. Timelines
  • Kundenbedürfnisse und klare Produktanforderungen übersetzen / sicherstellen, regelmäßige Kundenfeedback-Loops zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Services
  • Performance-Analyse durch Überwachung von Leistungsmetriken und Analyse von Erfolgsfaktoren, um die Produkt- und Service-Leistung zu optimieren
  • Preiskalkulationen durchführen und Erstellen von Battle Cards
  • Kontrolle über den Erfolg des jeweiligen Produktbereiches
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von internen Schulungen für z. B. Sales
  • Stakeholder-Management: enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Business Development, Marketing & Technik
  • Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung
Kluge Voraussetzungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium vorzugsweise im betriebswirtschaftlichen oder technischen Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt Produktmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Praktische Erfahrung im strategischen Produktmanagement
  • Sehr gute Branchenkenntnisse und Begeisterung für Cloud-Technologien
  • Zielorientierung, Flexibilität, Engagement und ein sicheres Gespür für die Anforderungen unserer Kunden
  • Analytisches, aber auch kreatives Denkvermögen
  • Teamplayer mit Begeisterungsfähigkeit für Neues
  • Pragmatisch und hands-on in der Umsetzung
  • Charismatisches und überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
