Der Zentralbereich Operations - Messeservice - ist der Motor zur Umsetzung aller Messen und Veranstaltungen insbesondere am Standort Riem. Dabei werden alle Services für Aussteller, Besucher und Gastveranstalter professionell und zielgruppengerecht zur Verfügung gestellt, organisiert, angeboten, überprüft, angepasst und entwickelt. Besondere Projekte, wie Open-Air-Konzerte oder die IAA Mobility stellen uns vor Herausforderungen, die Sie mit neuen Impulsen mitgestalten können.

Für unseren Zentralbereich Operations - Messeservice, Abteilung Security, Logistics & Traffic, Team Logistics & Traffic suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Head of Logistics & Traffic (m/w/d) .

Bei dieser Position handelt es sich um eine unbefristete Stelle in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams Logistics & Traffic zur operativen Betreuung aller Veranstaltungen im Fachgebiet Logistik, Verkehrs- und Flächenmanagement.
  • Erarbeiten und Weiterentwickeln von Strategien und Konzepten zur Umsetzung aller operativer Maßnahmen unter Einbindung der anderen Fachbereiche im Zentralbereich Operations.
  • Koordinieren der operativen Umsetzung der Messen und Veranstaltungen mittels einer fachlichen und arbeitszeitkonformen Personalplanung.
  • Messeübergreifende Steuerung der externen Dienstleister durch Sicherstellen vereinbarter Leistungs- und Qualitätsstandards und gemeinsamer Entwicklung von Qualitätslevels.
  • Einbinden der für den Zuständigkeitsbereich relevanten Behörden und deren Vertreter, mit dem Ziel einer sicheren und gesetzeskonformen Umsetzung der Messen und Veranstaltungen.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung und laufende Kontrolle der übertragenen Budgetmittel unter Berücksichtigung von Zeit-, Kosten- und Qualitätsgesichtspunkten.
  • Mitarbeit in Ausschüssen und Arbeitsgruppen sowie Kontaktpflege zu externen Interessengruppen und Behörden mit dem Ziel, die Interessen des Unternehmens im Fachgebiet zu vertreten.
  • Mitwirken bei Projekten zur baulichen und organisatorischen Weiterentwicklung des Messegeländes im Fokus des verantworteten Fachgebietes.

Das bringen Sie idealerweise mit:
  • Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium mit organisatorischem und/oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund, bevorzugt im Bereich Logistik und haben mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im angesprochenen Tätigkeitsbereich, davon wären 3 Jahre in der Veranstaltungsbranche wünschenswert.
  • Ihre Führungskompetenz gepaart mit sicherem Auftreten und guten Umgangsformen, Durchsetzungsstärke und Teamfähigkeit bringen Sie täglich mit großer Freude in Ihre Aufgaben ein.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office 365).
  • Sie arbeiten selbständig, handeln verantwortungsbewusst, bringen sich gerne proaktiv ein, sind ein Teamplayer und agieren eigenverantwortlich in einem sich dynamisch ändernden Umfeld.
