Our core markets are Benelux, France, DACH and Poland and we are preparing for further global expansion in the coming years.
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager DACH to accelerate sales and growth within the DACH region.
Your role as Sales Manager DACH
As Sales Manager DACH, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business, achieve sales targets and ensure the success of our sales process. You will work closely with the Customer Success Manager DACH and closeley collaborate with the Sales Director in executing account plans and market entry strategies.
The position can be filled either on a remote bases from Germany or from our HQ in Rotterdam (the Netherlands).
Generate new business and reach sales targets (new customers, cross sell), by means of account management, outbound sales and proactive prospecting efforts
Managing the sales process from start to finish, by building and managing a sales pipeline, and holding clients meetings and pitches, preparing quotes, negotiating contracts and successfully closing deals
Participate in marketing operations and events and rapidly expand the international network
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives
You make optimal use of CRM tools (Salesforce) and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes
You maintain open and effective communication with management, customers and colleagues to ensure successful collaboration and execution of sales strategies
Stay well informed about market developments, industry products and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar international sales role
· Solid international sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and a strong drive for success
· Fluent in German and English
· Network builder with a clear understanding of stakeholder interests with a strong sense for stakeholder management
