Deine Aufgaben Du koordinierst, steuerst und überwachst Arbeitsabläufe und Ressourcen in Deinem Team und sorgst so dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft und die Ziele der Expertise Payments Operations erreicht werden. Dabei überzeugst Du mit einem agilen Mindset und lebst vor, wie agiles und vor allem mobiles Arbeiten gelingt. Dein Team begleitest Du beim Übergang vom Office in das hybride Modell – effektiv, flexibel und effizient. Deine Mitarbeiterinnen sind generell bei Dir gut aufgehoben. Du räumst ihnen Hindernisse aus dem Weg, unterstützt sie in ihrer beruflichen Entwicklung, kommunizierst empathisch und wertschätzend und sorgst so für ein rundum inspirierendes Arbeitsklima. Selbstverständlich bist Du auch fachlich topfit. Deshalb ist bei Dir die Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs Gesamtbank – Retail, Business und Wholesale Banking – in den besten Händen. Außerdem erarbeitest, realisierst und leitest Du regulatorische und interne Projekte, etwa zu CESOP, TARGET2 consolidation und CBPR, fachbereichsübergreifend und kompetent. Unter derselben Prämisse managst Du Schnittstellen und weißt auch zu strategischen, zukunftsorientierten (Delivery) Themen mit innovativen und neuen Ideen aufzutrumpfen. Und natürlich arbeitest Du im Team und mit Kolleginnen aus Payments Retail, Business und Wholesale Banking intensiv zusammen und stellst Deine Expertise auch jederzeit als geschätzte Ansprechperson für Deine Fachthemen unter Beweis.
