Aufgabenbereich
- Leitung, Koordinierung und Entwicklung monatlicher und vierteljährlicher Finanzprognosen
- Ad-hoc-Analysen nach Bedarf der Geschäftsleitung
- Entwicklung von Geschäftskennzahlen, die das Management des Unternehmens in seiner derzeitigen (und künftigen) Entwicklung unterstützen
- Business-Partnering mit dem Management
- Leitung der zweiwöchentlichen Projektbesprechung von Seiten der Finanz-/Controllingabteilung
- Beaufsichtigung und Kontrolle der Projekt-EACs
- Erstellung einer detaillierten Margenprognose anhand des Auftragsbestands und der geplanten Aufträge
- Kontrolle der Abteilungsausgaben einschließlich Budgetierung und Prognoseprozess
Was Du für diese Position mitbringst
- Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen/Controlling
- Mindestens Bachelorabschluss oder vergleichbar, idealerweise in Controlling und Rechnungswesen
- Erfahrung mit projektbezogenem Geschäft von Vorteil
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse und - im Falle von Nicht-Muttersprachlern - fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) oder weiteren ERP-Systemen
- Erfahrung mit dem webbasierten Reporting-Tool OneStream von Vorteil
- Vertraut mit US-GAAP oder IFRS
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in Excel, inkl. Pivot
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem internationalen Produktionsunternehmen
