The Project Manager is responsible for keeping the projects on spec according to the contracts requirements to satisfy PALLs customers with OnTime and On Quality performance to satisfy the customer’s needs.
This position is part of Global Systems F&B and will be located in Bad Kreuznach, Onsite
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Keep the project on spec (scope), time and cost as it was in the contract.
Show to the stakeholder the Communication and negotiation skills.
Think outside the box to find solutions to the challenges that projects present, in accordance with the company's governance and procedures.
Working directly in life cycle of projects, realizing the management of scope, schedule, costs, resources, Stakeholders, Acquisitions, quality and Risk.
The essential requirements of the job include:
B.E/B.Tech (Process/Chemical/Mechanical/Equivalent).
M.Tech/MS/MBA would be an advantage.
5 - 10 years of overall experience with minimum 3 years of experience in project management of equipment used in Food & Beverage manufacturing in an EPC company.
Experience of working with outside subcontractors including mechanical fabricators, electronic fabricators, Software designers and automation experts.
Commercial acumen on project level.
Intermediate English is a minimum.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability and willingness to work in a multinational and interdisciplinary team with some degree on global travelling
Should have driving license and valid passport
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Process in Food and Beverage environment.
