Für unser Commercial Transformation-Team in Düsseldorfsuchen wir neue Kollegen (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung in den Bereichen Sales, Marketing, Digital und Customer Experience Management, die uns helfen, unsere Kunden fit für die Zukunft zu machen.


Der Inhalt deiner Aufgaben variiert, umfasst jedoch im Wesentlichen Folgendes:

  • Du förderst den Aufbau und die Entwicklung unserer Commercial Transformation Practice in Deutschland
  • Du treibst Business Development-Aktivitäten voran und nutzt dafür dein breites Netzwerk, erkennst Marktentwicklungspotentiale und bringst damit unser Angebot in den Fokus neuer Kunden in der DACH-Region
  • Du leitest große Projekte bei unseren Kunden und nimmst damit eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Lösung strategischer Herausforderungen ein, z.B. beim Design von Commercial Operating Models und bei der Implementierung von CRM-Systemen und kommunizierst dabei auf C-Level Ebene
  • Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unseres engagierten und stetig wachsenden Teams in Deutschland


Wir sind auf der Suche nach Menschen, die

  • einen abgeschlossenen Diplom-/Master-Abschluss haben, zum Beispiel in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft und/oder Ingenieurswesen
  • deren mehrjährige Beratungserfahrung erfolgreich und nachhaltig geleitete, komplexe Commercial Excellence-Projekte einschließt
  • echte Funktions- und/oder Branchenexperten in ihrem Fachgebiet sind und ihr Wissen in Kundenlösungen umsetzen können
  • sich durch exzellente Analysefähigkeiten auszeichnen und hervorragende Prozess- und Projektmanager sind
  • für Business Development brennen und Marktpotentiale erkennen und nutzen
  • authentisch sind und es verstehen, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufzubauen und auf allen Hierarchieebenen respektvoll auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren
  • wahre People Leader sind und ein engagiertes, leidenschaftliches Team führen, coachen und weiterentwickeln können
  • überzeugend und sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch kommunizieren können
