Im Bereich Logistik dreht sich alles um Transportwege und strategische Optimierung unserer logistischen Aktivitäten in puncto Lagerstandorte, Lieferwege und damit verbundener Zollverfahren. Ob von Standort zu Standort oder zu unseren Kunden: Wir sorgen für den reibungslosen Ablauf beim Versand unserer Produkte und Waren.
Am Standort Hamburg suchen wir unbefristet einen

Manager Inventuren (m/w/d)
Organisation, abschlusssichere Durchführung und Auswertung in- und externer Inventuren für mehrere Gesellschaften der Otto Krahn Group
Lohnbestandsführung, inklusive monatlicher Meldung an Produzenten sowie Organisation und Durchführung der Inventuren für die Lohnbestände in Abstimmung mit den Produzenten
Monitoring / Bearbeiten diverser Reports (Einkaufskonten, Fakturen, Wareneingänge etc.) und Freigabe der Lagergeldrechnungen
Vertretung des Leiters Inventories & Preferences und Unterstützung des Leiters Group Logistics, z. B. mit verschiedenen Analysen
Unterstützung aller Tochtergesellschaften der Teilkonzerne bei bereichsspezifischen Fragen und Projekten
Supply Chain, oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. Industrie-, Groß- und Außenhandels- oder Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d)
Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Präferenzkalkulation und Administration wünschenswert
Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office, speziell Excel
Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch (Wort / Schrift)
Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Wochenendarbeit, z. B. bei Inventuraufnahmen
