As our strategic connector between the IT department and the business , you'll shape the future of our technology landscape, influence key decisions, and drive innovation across multiple regions. Shape the Future: Identify and define IT opportunities that drive real business value across BENELUX and Eastern Europe. Be the Trusted Advisor: Partner with stakeholders to turn business needs into smart, scalable solutions — from concept to implementation. Drive Service Excellence: Coordinate and align internal and external IT services with business priorities, ensuring reliability and value. Foster Innovation: Stay on top of digital trends, explore emerging technologies, and bring forward new ideas that improve how we work. Measure What Matters: Track performance, improve service quality, and ensure every IT investment delivers measurable business results. Travel Requirement: Maintain strong stakeholder relationships by traveling to customer locations across BENELUX and Eastern Europe as needed. A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Business Partner, Business Analyst, IT Project Manager). Strong understanding of core business processes (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.). Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you can engage audiences from shop floor to C-suite. A client-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. A self-starter attitude with a passion for results.
