Provide Financial Analysis and Support to the organization, including capital expenditure justification and analysis, sales trend analysis, competitive and market analysis and product line P&L development.Work with business and functional teams on identifying cost reduction opportunities and help with bottom-line savings.Utilizes appropriate financial analysis techniques, data and prudent assumptions to evaluate investment opportunities and ensures healthy return on investments while managing risksConsolidate and ensure the integrity of data for all PPS entitiesDevelop processes for effective data analysis and reportingManage and report quarterly NBS Next metrics heatmapAdministers, develops and improves FP&A and control policies, procedures, work processes and reporting systems to support growth and efficiency, while reducing complexity and increasing speed.Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, including exposure to manufacturing operations.Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Accounting software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.Fluent Oral and written English language skills for high level reporting and meetingsAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Superior technical financial skills, hands on data modelling skills, balanced with sound business judgment, including the ability to balance financial and operational factors, analyze complex business problems and develop appropriate solutions.Power BI) and Excel skills.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers or other internal customersVery good German and English skills (written and spoken)TravelMinimalBenefitsWe offer a flexible work schedule, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development.We are committed to ensuring a fair and equitable interview process, and our recruitment process is designed to identify the best qualified candidates for the role.
