Seine weltweite Präsenz mit eigenständigen Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstätten bietet seinen Kunden innovative und qualitativ hochwertige Lösungen zum Kleben, Dichten, Dämpfen, Verstärken und Schützen von Fahrzeugstrukturen und Komponenten. • SAP S/4HANA Roll-outs und Integrationen von Tochtergesellschaften und -Akquisitionen in der Region EMEA • Betreuung und Ansprechpartner:in für die verwendeten Lösungen im Bereich Logistik und Transport Management (LE-TRA/TM) • Mitarbeit an SAP TM-Template Design und Roll-Out Programm • Zielgerichtete Umsetzung von Business-Anforderungen und IT-Lösungen unterschiedlicher Größe von Prozessen in der Logistik • Prozessprüfungen und -anpassungen im Rahmen des Transformationsprozesses vom S/4HANA-Kompatibilitätsmodus zum S/4HANA-Standard • Aktive Begleitung der Konzeption und der Implementierungsphase von neuen Prozessen und Systemänderungen • Bearbeitung von Anfragen der SAP Prozessverantwortlichen der Tochtergesellschaften, Fehleranalysen und Koordination von Korrekturmaßnahmen • Aktive Mitarbeit im Rahmen der digitalen Transformation der Unternehmensprozesse • Erstellen von Anwenderdokumentationen, Prozessbeschreibungen und Analysen von Change Requests • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Prozessverantwortlichen der Fachbereiche in der Firmengruppe und der zentralen IT • Über die erfolgreiche Durchführung von internen User-Schulungen und die Mitarbeit bei internationalen Projekten haben Sie die Möglichkeit, sich innerhalb des Unternehmens zu einem/r gefragten Ansprechpartner:in für SAP-Prozesse zu entwickeln • Ein betriebswirtschaftlicher Studienabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich SAP LE-TRA/TM • Idealerweise bereits vertraut mit S/4HANA-Transformation (z. B. Fiori-Oberflächen) und bringen Erfahrungen aus dem Supply Chain Management, Schwerpunkt Transport Management, sowie Grundkenntnisse der angrenzenden Module mit • Gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie umfassende Kommunikations- und Präsentationskompetenz • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise • Souveräner Umgang mit MS-Office • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Geschäftsreisen • Ein gesundes, wachsendes Unternehmen • Hohe Transparenz und kollegialer Umgang Raum für eigene Ideen • Mitgestaltung des Unternehmenserfolges • Förderung talentierter Mitarbeiter • Betriebliche Altersvorsorge
