Your Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional technical support by addressing and resolving tickets promptly and efficiently.
Serve as the go-to person for all technical inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience for our users.
Think outside the box to find creative solutions to complex technical challenges, bringing a smile to our users' faces.
Take ownership of hardware and software installations and configurations, ensuring seamless integration into our existing systems.
Actively participate in IT projects, including rollouts, migrations, and hands-on support, contributing to the success of our IT initiatives.
Thoroughly analyze and document system and application errors, providing valuable insights to the IT team.
Your Profile:
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/w/d) or equivalent experience in IT support.
Proven experience in working with ticket systems, demonstrating your ability to manage and prioritize support requests effectively.
Solid hardware and software knowledge in a second-level support environment, showcasing your technical proficiency.
Strong experience in Microsoft environments, highlighting your familiarity with our core technologies.
Excellent communication skills in both German and English, enabling you to interact confidently with our diverse user base.
