IHRE AUFGABEN
- Sicherstellung der Produkt- und Prozessqualität an der Schnittstelle zu Lieferanten im Bereich der Bremsscheibenfertigung für die Teilegruppe: Gussteile, Schmiedeteile, Verbindungselemente (Normteile, Schrauben, Muttern und Hülsen)
- Betreuung von APQP-Abläufen bei neuen Projekten, Absicherung der FAI-Prozesse an der Schnittstelle zu den Lieferanten
- Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits
- Abstimmung, Überprüfung und Freigabe von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung im Serienprozess der Lieferanten
- Festlegung der notwendigen Prüfungen in der Wareneingangsprüfung
- Fehlermanagement und diesbezüglich situative Prozessanalyse bei den Lieferanten zur Bewertung von Prozess- und Qualitätsrisiken
- Anwendung methodischer Ansätze zur Bewertung der Lieferantenqualität und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (z. B. Pareto, Ishikawa, 5W)
- Nachhalten vereinbarter Maßnahmen beim Lieferanten und Begleitung bis zur nachhaltigen Umsetzung
- Arbeiten im Business Warehouse Reporting zur Erstellung von Reports bezüglich Lieferantenqualität
- Aufbereitung der Lieferperformance und Top-Themen für regelmäßige Performance Reviews im Rahmen von Strategiegesprächen
IHR PROFIL
- Ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium oder entsprechende technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Zerspanung oder Werkstofftechnik
- Erfahrung / Wissen im Bereich Werkstofftechnik, Gusstechnologie
- Erfahrung / Wissen im Bereich Zerspanung
- Erfahrungen mit industriellen Prozessen, Umgang mit Lieferanten
- Erfahrungen im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung, insbesondere im Bereich Lieferantenqualität
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute MS Office und SAP-Kenntnisse
- Vertrautheit mit Q-Methoden wie z. B. Ishikawa-Diagramm, 8-D-Report, Paretoanalyse, FMEA
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Technische Begeisterung, auch für neue Technologien
