Wir haben einen Platz für dich Als Assistenz des Technical Managers organisierst du den Büroalltag des Center Managements im Kaufpark Eiche Berlin (KPB) und behältst auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen stets den Überblick über alle Termine. Zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben gehören allgemeine Office-Aufgaben wie die Bearbeitung der schriftlichen und telefonischen Kommunikation. Du bist die zentrale Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu unseren Dienstleistern, dem TÜV sowie Wartungsfirmen. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du die Bearbeitung von Rechnungen sowie die Einholung von Angeboten im Bereich Facility Management und unterstützt den Technical Manager bei der Beauftragung von Dienstleistern. Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Büromanagement, Einzel- oder Großhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im technischen Bereich mit und konntest bereits mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung sammeln, idealerweise in der Immobilienverwaltung oder im Facility Management. Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für technische Belange und eine Affinität zu Zahlen. Zudem bist du ein Organisationstalent, arbeitest dienstleistungsorientiert und überzeugst durch deine Kommunikationsstärke. Der souveräne Umgang mit MS Office ist für dich selbstverständlich. Idealerweise hast du auch Erfahrung mit SAP.
