To strengthen our team in Winnenden as soon as possible, we are looking for a
Manage our transportation service providers and take responsibility for contract management (negotiation of tariffs, bonus/malus programs, duration and SLAs), the identification of efficiency gains via managing continuous improvement programs as well as for KPI management
Take charge of all processes related to inbound freight (sea, air, truck), outbound freight (B2B and B2C – pallet, parcel, express), carrier management (costs, budget, services etc.), Support invoice control and documentation as well as claims management
Lead projects in your area of responsibility
Solid previous experience in transportation management areas as well as in process improvement and change management
Knowledge of project management from identification of gaps to delivery of the solutions
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
Good analytical, planning and problem-solving skills along with staff management and motivational skills
Good communication and presentation skills, a good command of English both spoken and written
