KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA is seeking a Product Manager (m/f/d) for Sugarbeet to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the accountable product owner for the innovative CONVISO SMART project, working closely with Bayer
CropScience and various internal and external stakeholders. The position is permanent and full-time, and the work location is our company headquarters in Einbeck (Lower Saxony/Germany). Hybrid work is possible.

• Product Strategy: Develop and ensure execution of short- and long-term strategies for CONVISO SMART, our extremely successful non-GM herbicide tolerance system in sugarbeet
• Sustainability Management: Implement life-cycle management policies and execute action plans to ensure trait durability and to achieve long-term goals
• Stakeholder and Contract Management: Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams locally and internationally, ensuring effective collaboration between a wide range of stakeholders and maintain the complex portfolio of contracts in close cooperation with our legal team
• Herbicide Supply and Tech Fee Settlement: Ensure herbicide supply on a global level and manage the annual Tech Fee settlement with Bayer CropScience and license holders

• Scientific degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Economy, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of professional experience in R&D-driven companies with divisional structures.
• Extensive knowledge of the agricultural seed and crop protection industry.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills, thriving in complex environments.
• Results-driven, ensuring productive outcomes from meetings.
• Ability to simplify and process complex relationships and communicate effectively with teams.
• Creative thinker with an independent working style.
• Convincing appearance and proactive contribution of ideas.
• Strong business and customer orientation with exceptional service attitude, especially in negotiations.
• Good IT skills; statistical knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluency in English (oral and written); proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 15%).
