Be the contact person for topics such as personnel planning, compensation & benefits, personnel development and employment law issues. Work with the works council in a legally compliant and solution-oriented manner and represent the interests of the HR department in participation procedures. Participate in or lead exciting HR projects from digitalization and health management to qualification and training. Network with HR colleagues locally and in our European group and share best practices. You have: Several years of experience in human resources e.g., as an HR generalist or HR officer in a blue- and white-collar environment. General practical knowledge of the HR topics mentioned above. Sound knowledge of labor law and ideally experience in working with the works council. A high level of digital affinity, assertiveness , and the right mix of precision and pragmatism. A committed demeanor, team spirit and strong communication skills in German and English . A completed degree, e.g., in economics, social sciences, or law or a comparable qualification.
