IT Business Process Consultant (m/w/d) - SAP HCM/HXM Transformation

.

  • analysierst die bestehenden Geschäftsprozesse im Bereich Human Capital Management (HCM) und identifizierst Optimierungspotenzial.
  • berätst unsere Kunden bei der Transformation ihrer HR-Prozesse unter Einsatz von SAP HCM/HXM Lösungen.
  • entwickelst und implementierst maßgeschneiderter Lösungen, um die Anforderungen unserer Kunden zu erfüllen und ihre Geschäftsziele zu erreichen
  • arbeitest eng mit den Fachbereichen sowie den internen und externen IT-Teams zusammen, um eine reibungslose Umsetzung der Projekte sicherzustellen.
  • führst Schulungen und Workshops für Kunden und interne Mitarbeiter durch.

Du bist empathisch und arbeitest gerne mit Menschen? Mithilfe von strategischem Denken findest du für jedes Problem eine Lösung? Wenn du auch die folgenden Punkte mitbringst, sollten wir uns kennenlernen. Du:

  • hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Consulting, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf SAP HCM/HXM mit.
  • hast fundierte Kenntnisse in den SAP HCM/HXM Modulen sowie Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von SAP-Projekten.
  • verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • kommunizierst und präsentierst sicher in Deutsch (mind. Level B2) und Englisch (mind. Level C1).
  • bist eine teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kundenorientierung und Problemlösungskompetenz.
