Requirements:

- - Good understanding of Business processes and respective automations
- Hands-on experiences with Sage or any another ERP system
- Customer oriented service mentality
- Curious for creating learn low-code workflows

Responsibilities:

- - Be the 1st level support for our ERP users and be the main contact towards Sage
- Bug fixing, improving and creating the business workflows and cron jobs
- Managing user permission and profile assignments
- Contractual License Management
- Coordinate with the BI developers
