Im Bereich des Präsidiums der Universität Augsburg ist ab 01. Projektleiter/-entwickler (w/m/d) für die Digitalisierung zentraler Verwaltungsdienste
im Umfang der regelmäßigen Arbeitszeit in einem auf zwei Jahre befristeten Beschäftigungsverhältnis im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung zu besetzen. Die Vergütung ist bei Vorliegen der tarifrechtlichen und persönlichen Voraussetzungen bis zur Entgeltgruppe E 14 TV-L möglich. Leitung, Weiterentwicklung und Koordinierung der Digitalisierungsprojekte der zentralen Verwaltung der Universität Augsburg, insbesondere die Einführung eines Enterprise Content Management;
Planung und Durchführung der Projektkommunikation sowie des Akzeptanz- / Veränderungsmanagements während der Einführung und des gesamten Rollouts;
Identifikation von Risiken und Chancen während des Projekts, sowie transparente Kommunikation an die Universitätsleitung und die betroffenen Projektbeteiligten und Unterstützung bei der Problembehebung;
Unterstützung der Abteilungen und Einrichtungen bei abteilungsbezogenen Digitalisierungsvorhaben durch Entwicklung von Projektvorgehensmodellen und Projektbegleitung;
Unterstützung der Universitätsleitung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Digitalisierungsstrategie insbesondere durch Berichtserstellung bzgl. Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Master oder vergleichbar) mit gutem Abschluss, idealerweise in einem einschlägigen Fach.
Sie haben ausreichend Berufserfahrung in einer Digitalisierungsfunktion sowie in der Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten.
Sie haben ein ausgezeichnetes Verständnis für Prozessmodellierung, Technologien, Trends, Change-Management und Organisationsentwicklung.
