- Lead continuous improvement projects to impact productivity, quality, and customer experience
- Collaborate with senior management and support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives
- With support from management, lead large teams across different shifts

This role is based in a warehouse in Germany. We are currently offering Olching, Essen, Witten and Knüllwald. Locations are subject to change. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS You need to meet 100% of these requirements to apply for a position at Amazon.
- Enrolled in an MBA/MSc/PhD program and available for 10-12 weeks between June and October to work full time
- Between 3 and 10 years of complex professional experience (excluding internships and work studies) with responsibility for project management and delivery
- Very good command of German and English (CEFR B2) at the time of application
- Flexible to work in non-traditional shift patterns, which may include nights and weekends
- Open to relocate within the country you have applied to work within
- Analytical skills and sound business judgement
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Professional experience in management, logistics, manufacturing or similar
- Demonstrable decision-making and reasoning skills
- Direct management experience for employees
- Experience setting and improving KPIs
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies Our Pathways internship requires a minimum 10-week commitment between June and October. If you cannot obtain your visa/work permit at least one week before your start date, we may have to cancel your internship for that cycle.
