Unser Mandant sucht Sie als Senior Development Engineer (m/w/d) für Hochenergie-DPSS-Laser. Werden Sie mit Ihrem hohen technische Verständnis Teil der Erfolgsgeschichte und freuen Sie sich auf Ihre Aufgabe in einem modernen, internationalen und dynamischen Umfeld.

Der Einsatzort: Kassel, Göttingen, Hannover

  • Entwicklung von DPSS-Lasern, mit hoher Pulsenergie in einem unternehmensweiten und internationalen Team
  • Konzeption, Implementierung und Test von Produktverbesserungen
  • Modellierung und Design des Resonators, Erzeugung von Oberwellen, Strahlpropagation, inkl. elektrischem Steuerungsschema
  • Festlegung von Funktionsspezifikationen
  • Definition von Testkriterien, -verfahren und -geräten
  • Präsentation der Ergebnisse für das Team und das Management
  • Standortübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams (z.B. Design, Software, Elektronik, Optik)
  • Anleitung und Unterstützung des lokalen Produktionsteams
  • Untersuchung von Qualitätsproblemen, Erstellung von Fehlerberichten und entsprechender Austausch mit internen und externen globalen Lieferanten
  • Unterstützung der Produkteinführung und der Serviceabteilung
  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Physik/Ingenieurwesen, Promotion von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Festkörperlasertechnologie, speziell in der Entwicklung
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Simulation von Festkörperlasern
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten wünschenswert
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich, deutsche Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Organisationstalent, Freude an der Arbeit in internationalen Teams, selbstständiges und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten
