You will be responsible for application development focusing on Anti-Friction Coatings technology (also called Dry Lubricants), working closely with customers, distributors and cross-functional global teams.

identify and support new growth opportunities
Working closely with laboratory technicians as well as external laboratories, plan, generate and analyze technical data to support customer’s and market needs
Support commercialization projects through full stage gate process and acceleration of product launches in cooperation with Sales and Marketing
Deliver high quality technical reports and submit patent disclosures if applicable
Champion global collaboration to ensure key technical development learnings are shared mutually between the regions
Business fluency English and German
Degree (PhD or M.Work independently and drive projects to completion
