- Identifizierung und Ansprache potentieller Kunden im HNWI-Segment zur Gewinnung neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Akquisitionsstrategien für den Geschäftsbereich Private & Corporate Banking
- Aufbau und Pflege eines persönlichen Netzwerks, sowie Teilnahme an Netzwerkveranstaltungen
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Recherchen, um potenzielle Zielgruppen zu identifizieren und Chancen für Akquisition zu erkennen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Niederlassungen und anderen relevanten internen Abteilungen, wie z.B. Marketing & Kommunikation
- Verantwortung für die vorhandenen Datensysteme, um neue professionelle Leads zu generieren
- Mitwirkung in der persönlichen Erstansprache von potenziellen Kunden
- Markenbotschafter für den Bereich Private & Corporate Banking, insbesondere als Corporate Influencer auf LinkedIn
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzen oder eines verwandten Bereichs
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in der Kundenakquisition, vorzugsweise im Wealth Management oder in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche
- Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Sozialkompetenz
- Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Arbeit inkl. Entscheidungsfindung und zur effektiven Priorisierung von Aufgaben
- Hohe Motivation, Zielorientierung und Ergebnisorientierung
- Engagement, Flexibilität (inkl. Reisebereitschaft) und Zuverlässigkeit gepaart mit einem Höchstmaß an Loyalität und Diskretion
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von MS Office (insb. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Kommunikations- und Marketing Tools/sicherer Umgang mit LinkedIn
