Working atCytiva means being at the forefront of providing new solutions totransform human health. The FinanceManager (f/m/d) for Cytiva is responsible to lead theannual planning and monthly forecasting cycles, prepare and reportmonthly actuals and forecasts to the Finance leadershipteam.
This position is part ofthe Finance Team located in Cologne (Germany)and will be hybrid. Maintain a culture ofcontrol and compliance with regards to financial controls and costdiscipline to ensure accurate accounting records and compliancewith local and Cytiva requirements in close collaboration with therest of the Finance team.
Bachelor’s degreein accounting, finance, or business administration degree andminimum of 3 years of financial work experience developingforecasts and operating plans and leading business/financereviews.
Oracle, Qlik, Power BI, etc.) for reporting andbusiness intelligence, and expert skills in Microsoft Excel fordata compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, vlookup, powerqueries, and macros).
Experience successfullyleading cross-functional projects and process improvement withinthe operations/finance functions being able to quickly grasp newideas and drive positive change.
Fluent in English languages ismandatory, German on a conversationallevel
Finance / FP&Awithin international organizations in the Life Sciences /Healthcare industry.
