~ 8 years of management/leadership experience (team and project management), preferably in the pharmaceutical industry (generics experience desirable)
~ you are a strong project manager who can focus on the essentials, prioritise, delve into the details and turn the unclear into actionable plans
~ you love to spend your time on metrics and analyses, you consider yourself an expert in spreadsheets and dashboards and know what data you need to collect to make decisions
~ entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to build a compelling business case based on structured analysis of multiple factors volume, value, risk, price referencing, stakeholder management
~ You liaise with all levels of the wider business teams across the organisation
~ you are familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and can quickly familiarise yourself with new tools
~ fluency in written and spoken English, sound knowledge of German is desirable
