DER JOB Verantwortlich für die fachliche Steuerung von mehreren Produktionseinheiten und Schnittstelle zum Service Delivery Management (SDM) für den beauftragten Leistungsumfang Fachlich-inhaltliche Verantwortung des technischen/ betrieblichen Konzeptes inkl. Kostenkalkulation gegenüber dem SDM Unterstützung des SDM hinsichtlich der Beauftragung und Kostenoptimierung Optimierung der Leistungselemente und Erreichung des Zielkostenniveaus Mitwirkung / Verzahnung der operativen Planung und des Forecasts mit SDM Operative Verantwortung des Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Eskalationsmanagement innerhalb des beauftragten Leistungsumfangs gegenüber dem Kunden Empfehlung für Portfoliokonsolidierung und Standardisierung, Definition von KPIs Steuerung von kleineren Kundenprojekten von Initialisierung, Planung, Umsetzung, Controlling bis Abschluss Fachliche Steuerung von Angestellten und externen Dienstleistern im größeren Umfang Technische Unterstützung des Service Delivery Managements bei Bestandskunden Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Wahrnehmung der Methoden & Verfahrensweisen im SM der OS YOU Technische Kenntnisse im Umfeld Microsoft Services, Azure, M365 Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, davon fünf Jahre im Service Management mit verschiedenen Kunden Starker Wille, Verantwortung in Kundenbeziehungen zu übernehmen Sehr gutes kundenorientiertes, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, auch auf Management-Ebene Gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse (Erarbeitung von Business Cases, Angebots- /Produktkalkulationen etc.) Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten auf allen Management-Ebenen Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz sowie Erfahrung im Coaching und der Wissensvermittlung Sehr gute, breite Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur-Services sowie von Managed Services Sehr gute Akquisitionsfähigkeiten (erkennen von Sales-Opportunities) Ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, Verhandlungsgeschick Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit bei gleichzeitiger Führungskompetenz (Führungspersönlichkeit) Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Unsere Benefits Mobiles Arbeiten Gehaltspaket Erfolgs- Beteiligung Weiterbildung 37/5 Regelarbeitszeit Arbeitszeit- konten 30 Tage Urlaub Altersvorsorge Vermögenswirksame Leistungen Entgeltumwandlung in den Telekom- Pensionsfond Gruppenunfall- Versicherung Option des Fahrradleasings Beteiligung am Aktienprogramm der Dt.Telekom AG Mitarbeiterkonditionen für viele Produkte der Dt.Telekom Corporate Benefits Gute Verkehrsanbindung OPERATIONAL SERVICES GMBH & CO.
