We are currently offering the following position in Germany which is fully remote and requires approximately 50% of travelling.
Sales Manager Medical DACH (d/f/m)
Come join a fantastic team In this exposed leadership position in Leica's Global Commercial Organization, you will be responsible for growing the market share of our medical microscopy product portfolio in an indirect go-to-market model. You will be responsible for the DACH region Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein and Switzerland and lead and develop a team of 8 associates. In this role you will report directly to the Medical Sales Director EMEA.
Research and identify opportunities in line with strategic directives in order to generate sales, increase the installed base penetration, upsell existing contracts and expand the portfolio of solutions sold
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing base and provide transparent feedback to upper management and Business Units
Generate and develop sales and solutions awareness through customer visits & solutions information, customer consultancies & workshops. Actively drive new product introduction on assigned area in collaborations with the Market Development department and Marketing teams to maximize revenue
Use Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tools, implement daily work and standard management on funnel management and forecasting
Multiple years of strategic selling experience in a B2B sales environment within a matrix organization
Prior experience and solid track record in a sales role in medical business
Requires experience in leadership in sales management, opportunity assessment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to comprehend scientific applications / markets and expert in sales growth processes (Funnel Management)
Fluently German and English language skills
