Finance Cost Analyst

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Senior Cost Accountant / Senior Financial Analyst (m/f/d) to join our finance team in a dynamic manufacturing environment in a medium size enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost accounting, budgeting, financial consolidation, and management reporting , providing critical insights to support decision-making and cost efficiency.
Fluency in German and English —both written and spoken—is required , while Chinese language skills and experience in the aviation or aerospace industry are strong advantages but is not essential.
Cost Accounting & Analysis
Lead and oversee all aspects of product costing , standard cost maintenance , and variance analysis .
Process Improvement & Compliance
Support internal and external audits , ensuring proper documentation and adherence to internal controls.
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and corporate governance requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred).
Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment.
Fluent in German & English (both written and spoken, C1 or above).
Proficiency in Chinese would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Strong skills in ERP systems (Abas ERP) desirable.
Advanced Excel proficiency.
