Du hast aber auch die Möglichkeit, von einem hybriden Arbeitsumfeld (Homeoffice und Remote Work Optionen) zu profitieren Deine Mission Du bist der Ansprechpartner unserer Kunden im Chat und per Telefon und beantwortest Fragen rund um unsere Software Du hilfst deinem Team dabei, unser Produkt stetig zu verbessern, indem du eigenständig Kundenfeedback erfasst, aufbereitest und es an unser Product Team weiterleitest Du hast die Möglichkeit, neue Ideen und Dein Know-How beim Aufbau und der ständigen Verbesserung von Abläufen und Projekten einzubringen und eigene Themen zu betreuenDas solltest du mitbringen Du bist an einer Universität oder (Fach-)Hochschule eingeschrieben und befindest Dich derzeit noch in Deinem Studium Du arbeitest eigenständig, bist zielstrebig und scheust dich nicht davor, dich tagtäglich selbst zu motivieren Du bringst ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein mit und bewahrst in neuen sowie stressigen Situationen stets einen kühlen Kopf Mit Deinem guten Kommunikationsvermögen in Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau und guten Englischkenntnissen, kannst Du Dich gut in unsere Kunden hineinversetzen Du bist zuverlässig und kannst dich selbst organisieren Unser Jobangebot Werkstudent Customer Service - Kundenbetreuung / Feedbackmanagement / Prozessoptimierung (m/w/d)klingt vielversprechend?
