HE2415 - Consultant Digital Transformation (m/w/d) Schwerpunkte IT, Industrie und Engineering
Unterstützung von Digitalisierungs- und IT-Projektleitungen sowie bei der digitalen Transformation unserer Kunden
Auswahl und Einführung praxiserprobter und passgenauer Projektmanagement-Methoden, Software und Tools
Scrum) gemäß Projektplan
Sicherstellung von Zeit, Kosten und Qualität bei der Implementierung der Arbeitspakete
Unterstützung der Projektleiter*innen bei den Aufgaben im Projektcontrolling, Dokumentationsmanagement und Reporting
Erste Erfahrungen von ca. 3 Jahren im Bereich Digitalisierungsinitiativen und IT-Projektmanagement oder als Digital-/ IT-Berater*in, idealerweise in technisch orientierten B2B-Organisationen
Solides Digitalisierungs- und IT-Branchenwissen, Industrie 4.0, Erfahrung in komplexen IT-Systemlandschaften
Kenntnisse in der Modellierung von Prozessen sowie Dokumentation von Anforderungen und deren Lösungen
Fähigkeit zu eigenverantwortlichem, selbstständigem Arbeiten bei der Durchführung deiner Projekte und im Changemanagement
Angestrebte Zertifizierung z.B. GPM, PMP, Prince 2, SCRUM, etc. wünschenswert
