Vollzeit / unbefristet / AT
Vertrauliche Untersuchungen zu schwerwiegendem Fehlverhalten wie Belästigung, Diskriminierung oder anderen Verstößen gegen die Unternehmensrichtlinien. Informationenbeschaffung, Befragung relevanter Personen, Analysierung von Daten und Erstellung von rechtlich einwandfreier Dokumentation zur Unterstützung aller Disziplinar- und/oder Kündigungsmaßnahmen.
Entgegennahme und Untersuchung von Compliance-Hotline-/Speak-Up-Fällen bis zur Lösung und Vervollständigung der gesamten Prozessdokumentation im entsprechenden System.
Durchführung von Kündigungen, einschließlich Kündigungsschreiben, Kündigungsgesprächen und zugehöriger Dokumentation
Beteiligung an der Programmentwicklung und Bereitstellung von Schulungen zu ER-Diensten mit der Abteilung L&D;, Auslegung von Tarifverträgen und Vertretung des Managements bei der Verhandlung und Beilegung von Beschwerden im Rahmen etablierter Beschwerdeverfahren, ggf. Beratung des Managements bei der angemessenen Lösung von Verhaltens- und Leistungsproblemen der Mitarbeitenden. Unterstützung des Employee Relations Regional Leads bei der Ausgestaltung und Implementierung regionaler Employee Relations-Strategie, sowie Leitung komplexen regionalen Projekten und Erarbeitung komplexer Prozesse mit minimaler Aufsicht durch den Vorgesetzten
Ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation und korrekte Pflege alle Fälle in den entsprechenden Systemen.
Ein Bachelor-Abschluss in Personalmanagement, Organisationspsychologie, Wirtschaft oder einem eng verwandten Bereich ist unerlässlich
Fließende Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse.
