der Beauftragung, Koordinierung und berprfung externer Rechtsberater*innen oder Anwlt*innen
Aktives Legal Projekt Management, u.a. Verhandlung und rechtliche Betreuung umfangreicher, projektbezogener Vertragswerke sowie Vertragsprfungen und -gestaltungen
Einschlgige Berufserfahrung als Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwltin im Bau-, Ingenieur- und Architektenrecht oder Syndikusrechtsanwalt/Syndikusrechtsanwltin in der Rechtsabteilung eines vergleichbaren Konzernunternehmens, mind. Zielorientierte, selbstndige Arbeitsweise sowie teamorientiertes Denken und Handeln
Sicheres Auftreten, ausgeprgte Kommunikationsfhigkeit und verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Neugierde und proaktives Engagement im Rahmen von Legal Tech Projekten
Job Title : (Senior) Legal Counsel (w/m/d) (Full Time)
The LCP (Legal, Compliance & Privacy) Germany team is part of the global LCP team and advises the German Arcadis entity on all legal matters. The advertised role primarily involves supporting the operational project business, from preparing quotations and negotiating contracts to implementing projects and providing support in legal disputes. The spectrum of (large-scale) projects ranges from planning, management, and consulting services for infrastructure projects in road, rail, and power grid expansion to power plant decommissioning, industrial conversion projects, and the planning and implementation of data centre projects.
Legal and strategic advice to our colleagues on legal issues relating to (large) project business in civil construction, architectural and engineering law, and preferably in public procurement law
Comprehensive review of project-related correspondence from a legal perspective and preparation of legal opinions, statements, and (demand) letters based on sound legal knowledge
Active legal project management, including negotiation and legal support for extensive, project-related contracts, as well as contract reviews and drafting
Relevant experience in international project business or willingness and motivation to expand this
Experience or curiosity in taking on cross-border project responsibility in an international group
Confident manner, strong communication skills, and business fluent in German and English
Curiosity and proactive commitment in the context of legal tech projects
