Du bist bei uns im Haus erste/r Ansprechpartner/in rund um das Thema Social Media
Du bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung der Social Media Strategie und die inhaltliche und konzeptionelle Betreuung der Social-Media-Kanäle
Du betreust laufend die Social Media Präsenzen des Bündnisses und bist verantwortlich für die Themenrecherche, Redaktionsplanung und Kampagnenumsetzung auf den Social Media Plattformen
Du erstellst kreative Text-, Grafik- und Videoinhalte für die Social-Media-Kanäle
Du bist verantwortlich für das Community-Management
Du planst Social Media Kampagnen und gestaltest die Entwicklung von Influencer-Kampagnen sowie -Kooperationen. Du hilfst, das Monitoring/Reporting sämtlicher organischer Social Media Aktivitäten zu verbessern und berichtest regelmäßig über den Erfolg des Social Media Marketings
Du stimmst Dich eng mit den Kolleg:innen im Haus und den Ansprechpartner:innen der Hilfsorganisationen des Bündnisses ab, um bestmögliche Erfolge zu erzielen.
Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing/ Kommunikation, eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder ein überzeugender Praxiswerdegang
Mehrjährige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Social-Media-Bereich
Fundierte Kenntnisse aller wichtigen sozialen Netzwerke sowie über Digitaltrends, Social Media und Online-Technologien
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, verbunden mit einer ausgezeichneten schriftlichen und mündlichen Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Sicherer und kreativer Umgang mit Bild- und Videobearbeitung
Du hast gute Kenntnisse in Adobe CC u.a. Software, um die Inhalte zielgruppen- und plattformgerecht an die Formatspezifikationen des jeweiligen Netzwerks anzupassen
Erfahrungen in weiteren Online-Marketing-Bereichen wünschenswert
Der sichere Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket ist selbstverständlich
Bereitschaft zur gelegentlichen Arbeit an Wochenenden oder Feiertagen (im Zusammenhang mit akuten humanitären Katastrophen)
