Your tasks:Driving of portfolio planning, steering and underwriting excellence initiatives for one or more european markets in the liability division of HDI Global SESteering local branches by KPI Co-creation of local underwriting strategyEnsuring execution on local underwriting strategyReferral underwriting for major accountsUpskilling and training of local underwriters Contribution to expert groups in underwriting topics and to the development of a true global underwriting communityFoster collaboration amongst relevant stakeholdersYour profile:Completed studies in insurance and finance, training in insurance and finance with further training as an insurance specialist or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience in underwriting, product development or strategy development/portfolio management of liability risks for industrial and corporate clientsInterest in an international role and experienceCommunication and presentation skills as well as a confident and convincing mannerStrong analytical skillsComprehensive knowledge of the MS Office packageVery good written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages are an advantageWillingness to travel and flexibility
