Our Senior Recruitment Consultants are experts in the fields of sales and recruiting, helping companies find the best talent and build long-term business relationships.

Identifying, approaching, and acquiring qualified candidates through active sourcing and headhunting
Using relevant job portals and social media channels
Analyzing the job market and sharing recruiting trends with clients
Managing the entire project staffing process from candidate acquisition to successful contract conclusion
Several years of professional experience in sales and/or recruiting, ideally in the personnel services industry
Excellent networking skills and strong communication abilities, also in English
